The FSB foiled terrorist attacks at an energy facility and one of the key components of Moscow's missile defense system, the ministry said. According to the special service, two natives of Transcaucasia were arrested. One of the accused was recruited by an SBU officer and according to his instructions he arrived in Russia to prepare and carry out a terrorist attack. For this he also drew his acquaintances. Later, in the territories of Smolensk and Kaluga, the attackers confiscated FPV drones and components of improvised explosive devices from a storage warehouse. The defendants placed attack drones and moved them to the launch site in the Moscow region. Additional control of the UAVs was supposed to be carried out remotely from the territory of Ukraine.
