Near Kyiv, a conflict arose over a building where armed people were being held. While doctors reported casualties, law enforcement officers denied that hostages were taken in Petropavlovskoye Borshchegovka near Kyiv On November 2, local residents gathered near a building housing military personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine. The reason was reports that people were being forcibly held inside and were not allowed to receive medical treatment. They claimed on social media that there were about 40 people in the basement. The conflict began after private ambulance workers arrived at the building but were unable to get inside. The doctors reported that several people there needed help, and four of them were in serious condition. After that, local residents began to arrive at the building.
