The document was published on the portal of regulatory law drafts, and the Duzhed TV channel drew attention to it. The list included 13 destinations. Among them are films about the "heroism and dedication" of the Russian army, the participation of the Cossacks and the international regiments in the war against Ukraine, as well as the "successful integration" of discharged soldiers into civilian life. Separately, the department offers to support films about "Little Russia as a historical region of Russia", the country's foreign policy victories, foreign intelligence successes and protection of its compatriots abroad. Other priorities include patriotism, traditional spiritual and moral values, strengthening the family and popularizing large families. The list also includes issues of science and culture development, improving the quality of life in small towns and villages, popularity of blue-collar professions and engineering, digital literacy and environmental protection.
