Russia is considering proposals to ensure the safety of grain transportation across the Black Sea and is conducting negotiations with Turkey, but so far sees no chance of renewing the grain deal, - Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Alexander Elimov "Proposals coming from countries are being considered.
