Migrants, including children, boarded a rubber dinghy off the French coast of Ardello on Friday in a new attempt to cross the English Channel to Britain. Despite the security measures shared between the French and British sides to limit irregular immigration, the British Home Office revealed that attempts to cross continued at a high rate, and recorded the arrival of 1,670 migrants using 23 small boats in 4 days, between the end of October and the beginning of November.
