US President Donald Trump said Monday that there was not enough time to talk about his plans to develop different parts of the country, after spending most of his last speech before Election Day reviewing renovation and construction projects in Washington, D.C., according to CNN. "We have a lot of great things planned in Washington, and I can go into the whole country, but you don't have enough time for that," Trump told the crowd at the Lincoln Memorial. Much of the speech focused on improvements to the reflecting pool, along with plans to convert the East Potomac Golf Course into a "world championship course" and build a "Military Gate of Victory Complex" across the river in Virginia.
