The Yemeni army announced, on Saturday, the execution of 1,119 targeted operations against the Houthis during the last 24 hours, as part of the "Yemen Dawn" operation. The official spokesman of the Yemeni army said in a statement that the targeting operations "affected the leaders and gatherings of the Houthi terrorist militia, their movements and reinforcements, their location, sources of fire and means of supply, using military aircraft and UAVs, field artillery and launchers." He added that the intention, at the same time as carrying out controlled field operations, contributed to causing losses to the Houthi forces, and allowed the armed forces, with the support of their units, to advance and control a number of government sites and heights on the Al-Jouf fronts, while continuing the combat operations and pressures on the ground in the rest of the area. In Taiz, he noted that the armed forces and the popular resistance continue their clashes with the Houthis, targeting their movements and reinforcements, with air and artillery support, according to the statement. He reported that the operations resulted in the neutralization of 427 Houthi personnel, and the destruction and damage of 142 military vehicles, machines, equipment and means of transportation.
