Russian authorities reported that three refineries and a natural gas facility were subject to drone attacks on Friday, after a temporary halt, while the Russian Defense Ministry said it shot down 1,043 drones overnight.
Kremlin adviser Yuri Ushkov accused Kiev of ignoring US President Donald Trump's call to stop targeting Russian oil refineries, given that European support is encouraging continued attacks.
