The list of competitors includes an alliance led by the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development, the "Percology" company alliance, in addition to the "JRG" company alliance for project development and management. The Central Agency for Rehabilitation, affiliated to the Ministry of Housing in Egypt, is carrying out the project and the completion percentages have reached about 95%. The project includes an investment area that covers an area of ​​131 thousand square meters and includes 12 restaurants, 4 commercial centers and 4 parking lots, in addition to a 3-star hotel.
