What does Irina Makarchian, the director of the music school named after Mikael Mirzoan, smoke? Clips have appeared on the Internet in which the director of the music school Mikal Mirzoan and the protégé of the mayor of Tigran Avinian, Irina Makarchian, smokes something similar to marijuana through a dropper.
They say the woman seen in these photos circulating on the Internet is a protégé of Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinian and the head of the notorious Shangabit District, Serov Sargsyan. And it's not surprising, because the Facebook page of the Education Kiryat is flooded with videos featuring the municipality and the head of that district.
