The verdict in the fatal hit-and-run case in Sona Mantzkanian enters into legal force - Rafi Aslanian.
The Criminal Court of Armenia refused to accept complaints about settlement of payments by the injured party's representative and the defendant's lawyers in the hit-and-run case against Sona Mantsakanyan.
Therefore, the sentence given against the accused Aram Nevsardian entered into legal force, Rafi Aslanian said.
"I am convinced that in the future, at the highest level, everything possible will be done to ensure that the accused will not serve even the light and clearly disproportionate sentence imposed by the sentence - one year and 6 months in prison," he wrote.
