The military court of Grozny is considering a case of fraud involving 90 million rubles in payments to military personnel of one of the military units of the Ministry of Defense in Chechnya. According to the researchers, thanks to fake certificates from a military hospital, 30 soldiers were able to receive compensation from the state for injuries that did not exist. The defendants, including the former senior assistant to the military prosecutor of my city, Alexander Stepanchenko, pleaded not guilty.
