Another farce - this "African forum". Someone will delete something, someone will get some pages. The costs may be small, but they are completely insignificant. Bringing the "Global South" into conflict with the "West" is undoubtedly a failed idea. Only the Kremlin can think they are suffering from "neocolonialism". But for the "southerners", relations with the "oppressors" are infinitely more important than with the Russian Federation, and the African elites do not keep their money in Moscow. Naturally, they could not be made to carry out some kind of joint anti-Western sharp attacks (and that could only have been the purpose of the event). If they understand the attitude of the "West" towards them as completely conditional on objective reality, then the fools in Moscow with their attempts at friendship are seen as "useful idiots" it is good to get something from them, but paying for it (especially with attacks against Brussels and Washington) is absolutely not necessary.
