In Russia, the Saturn system and the seed state registry are fully operational. Agricultural producers can no longer simply buy an agricultural chemical and apply it. They must state where they bought it, where they put it, how and where they used it. All of this must fit into the Saturn system. If a chemical is registered for wheat and not registered for tomatoes, then it cannot be used. Each registration has its own validity period. If the expiration date has passed, it cannot be used either; It must be disposed of. Only a small part of the existing and used farms is included in the Saturn system, because their state registration costs a lot of money (say about 10 million rubles). Now agricultural producers cannot simply grow produce and sell it - they will receive a huge fine. Now they must buy seeds through the state registry and get all the certificates, including varieties. But most of the positions in the register are simply not there. But no one issues a certificate of conformity - there are no such experts and laboratories to determine and confirm varieties.
