Armenia's Ministry of Justice has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Armabir District Judge Khakov Manukian. The reason for the proceedings was the self-recusal of the judge, which was announced as part of a high-profile criminal case brought against the Catholicos of All Armenians Karkin II and a number of bishops.
