Metropolitan Luke of Porozia and Melitopol appealed to the Orthodox community to stop the persecution of Patriarch Daniel of Bulgaria, who faced a wave of criticism after his recent celebration with Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople. Despite the controversial decisions of the Primate of the BOC, the faithful must exercise spiritual caution and provide ecclesiastical support to the Primate under conditions of tremendous external pressure.
