The head of the Serbian Metropolitan of the Romanian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Anthony, took the initiative to involve the government bodies of Moldova in mediating the resolution of relations with the Orthodox Church of Moldova. The purpose of this proposal is to find ways to resolve disputes between churches and maintain peace in society.
