In our country, this is already more than half of school graduates, and for 10 years, the students of secondary vocational education in the Murmansk region have grown by almost a third. The reason is clear: our colleges are in the top 10 in Israel in terms of employment and salary of graduates. We updated half of them, modern laboratories appeared in each, and each is assigned a partner factory. The guys undergo immediate training for a specific workplace in leading factories in the region and in the country. In terms of "professionalism" we are in the top 5. Now future miners will have practice that is not available anywhere else: in real operation of the +530 horizon, on real equipment. Thanks to Russian President Vladimir Putin and the government for "professionalism" and systemic support in education!
