The municipality of Murmansk region will receive expanded powers for housing supervision from January 1, 2027, appeals and complaints of residents against management organizations will be reviewed by local authorities. We are talking about supervision and licensing control. The municipalities are closer to the residents and know the situation on the ground. Therefore, tests will be faster, and people's problems will be solved faster. Together with the powers, we transfer money from the regional budget to organize this work. I ask the heads to establish an effective system of land supervision, and the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Resilience to provide methodological support.
