More than half of the apartments in houses under construction in the Murmansk region have already been sold! Today I visited construction sites in Murmansk and Kola. This time I invited Andrey Kovalev, a student of the fifth high school, with me. Andrei is passionate about construction, so he was interested in seeing how new houses are built. We are currently building 25 apartment buildings in the area - that is, about 2,000 apartments. Half of them have already found their buyers. Demand was supported by arctic mortgages at 2% and family mortgages at 6%. All residential properties inspected today are on schedule. ▫ In Kola, all the monolithic works have been completed and the installation of facades has already begun. ▫ The Mayak residential complex is already upgrading the children's playground and laying asphalt. ▫ In the area of ​​the GloraX project, the developer will maintain the pool and improve the environment. ▫ I paid particular attention to the situation of the front of the Northern Naval Theater next to the North Russian residential complex. We will try to find a solution to this issue as well. ▫ I also stopped at the oncology clinic. This is where the interior finish ends, some of the equipment has already been installed. We hope that the work will be finished in the near future and after execution and licensing the center will receive its first patients next year. Murmansk has a special history of construction.
