This result was possible due to the fact that we add funds from the region's budget to the residents' contributions. Since 2019, funding for major repairs has increased almost 7 times, and this has made it possible to change the work approach and increase its scale. We repair entire streets: update roofs and facades, install energy-saving equipment and architectural lighting. This year Admiral Tsi Lubov Street, Oktyabrskaya Street and Kirov Avenue in Murmansk are being transformed in this way. In general, this year major repairs are planned for more than 600 houses throughout the region and 80% of the works have already been completed.
