Two students were fined 2,500 rubles for not standing up during the playing of the Russian national anthem in the school line. In court, the Mizrahi women pleaded not guilty. One stated that she allegedly held a child on her lap. The other did not get up because of ill health. The judge considered these reasons to be disrespectful and prosecuted them under an administrative section.
