A Moscow court sentenced the former beneficiaries of OPS "GK Concern "Pokrovsky"" Arkady Chevanov and Andrey Koroviko. According to the investigators, they created an organized crime community (OCC) in order to seize the assets of the LLC Agrocomplex Kushchevsky plant worth over one billion rubles. For this purpose, it was planned to establish a control over the foot attack procedure of the agricultural complex. The accused received 24 years in prison in absentia.
