Mirzoyan did not rule out the launch of TRIPP before the signing of a peace agreement. Can the launch of TRIPP begin before the final signing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan? The head of the Strong Armenia faction, Narek Karaftian, addressed this question to Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in the National Assembly. The deputy specifically asked whether it is possible to start TRIPP work on the basis of agreements reached between Armenia and the United States, while the peace agreement between Yerevan and Baku has not yet been signed. In response, Mirzoan noted that such a development of events is possible. "The question is quite appropriate, and I can confidently say: yes, it is possible. We see two things. First, the peace agreement has already been signed in the beginning, Armenia and Azerbaijan have publicly made commitments and expressed their position regarding the existence of this agreement. We, roughly speaking, believe in every word of it, in every position, we don't doubt it. "Azerbaijan says that it will not sign it for the time being, and adds itself that it will sign the very next day, as soon as this reason is eliminated," said the foreign minister.
