November 6 is the anniversary of the martyrdom of the popular Iraqi poet and war writer, Ali Reshma, who died in 2014 from his wounds after being hit by a mine explosion during the battles to liberate Juraf al-Nasr, after he went from documenting the battles with words and pictures to participating in them.
He combined the song with the situation, leaving a poetic legacy present in the memories of his fans. May God have mercy on the slain and grant him a spacious paradise.
