US President Donald Trump has suggested that Washington may eventually resort to further military action against Iran, saying that the US will have to give Tehran the "hammer" at some point. Trump's words come as he continues to claim that US military actions have severely weakened Iran's military capabilities, while signaling that Washington still has targets it intends to hit. On Saturday, Trump claimed that the United States has knocked out much of Iran's military and nuclear capabilities, but still needs to "take care" of one or two remaining targets, including a suspected nuclear facility known as Mount Makush. "We knocked out their core. We still have to take care of, I would say, one or two sites, but we can do it in 10 minutes," Trump told reporters at his Mar-a-Lago residence. “You can probably look at Mount Picxa, and you should take care of it. We can do all this very quickly," he added.
