A cargo ship linked to Israel sank in the Black Sea after being hit by three drones on October 28, sparking a fire on board. The Liberian-flagged cooperation plane, leased by the Israeli shipping company ZIM, was sailing from Haifa to the Romanian port of Constanta when it was targeted off the coast of Bulgaria. The ship was carrying 421 containers, including hazardous materials such as lithium-ion batteries, corrosive liquids and acids.
