Al-Mayadeens correspondent in Palestine reported on Thursday that with 90% of the votes counted, Likud secured 26 seats in the Knesset, while Isr won 21. The joint list of the Arab parties secured 19 seats, according to the initial results. Our correspondent said that the distribution of the political blocs remained unchanged, with the Netanyahu bloc holding 53 mandates and the Eisenkot bloc 48. None of the blocs reached the threshold of 61 seats required to form a government, which leaves both camps without a parliamentary majority and dependent on alliances with other parties.
