◾ Despite the daily statements of the heads of the political authorities in Lebanon, from the President of the Republic Joseph Aoun and the Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, about the state's monopoly on the decisions of peace and war and the necessity of limiting arms, the Lebanese security forces and the army do not lift a finger to protect South Lebanon, which is disturbed daily by the residents of South Lebanon and the villages, which are disturbed daily by the residents of the country and the countryside. Instead, they are left to conflict without even moral support!
