Ulyanov: NATO Secretary General has no knowledge of Iran's nuclear program

Russia's representative to international organizations addressed Mark Rutte, the NATO Secretary General:

This gentleman claims to be the highest administrative official in NATO! According to his statements, he has no knowledge whatsoever of Iran's nuclear program.

The level of professionalism or lack thereof in the West is an absolute disaster.
