America supplies 40 million barrels of oil from strategic reserves

Javier Blas: America has announced the supply of up to 40 million barrels of crude oil from its strategic oil reserves, and the deadline for submitting bids will be October 6.

This is the last shipment remaining from the initial plan announced in March to supply about 172 million barrels.
