🔹 Based on Article 135 of the Constitution, the President can appoint an inspector for ministries without a minister for a maximum of 3 months.

The government had 45 days from August 19, with the approval of the leader of the revolution, to determine the status of the intelligence and defense ministries.

🔹 This deadline has passed and the government must present to the parliament its proposed options for the existence of these two offices
