🔹According to the announcement of the Central Bank and the reports of the supervision organization in the country, in several court cases, the defendant did not meet his foreign exchange obligations in the amount of 42 million euros and was prosecuted.

🔹 The action of the accused is a clear example of the disruption of the currency system in the country, for which he was prosecuted by filing a lawsuit in court.

The main accused in this case was arrested in Piranshahr with the coordination of judicial and intelligence elites and technical police means and brought to prison with the issuance of a criminal warrant.

🔹 In addition to the issue of non-payment of foreign exchange obligations, a tax evasion case totaling 54 billion tomans was also filed against the defendant and submitted to judicial proceedings.
