Former CIA official: Reports of China's support for Iran are "exaggerated".

Dennis Wilder, the former deputy director of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), says that reports about the extent of China's support for Iran during recent conflicts have been "exaggerated".

Wilder said in an interview with Al-Arabiya English that in his estimation, Beijing has largely tried not to directly enter into conflict with Iran, despite reports of assistance to Tehran.
