Guterres: The Security Council is paralyzed

Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations:

We are facing a deep geopolitical divide that has paralyzed the Security Council.

Even great powers go to war and in some cases, these actions are against international laws.

This situation creates an atmosphere of impunity in which the middle powers think they can do anything, because there will be no consequences.
