🔹️ After the judicial officers learned about the occurrence of some behaviors outside of moral and religious matters on the beach next to the Erez Nosher International Hotel building, the issue was urgently investigated.

🔹️ Upon obtaining the statements of the witnesses and reviewing several hours of CCTV footage of the Erez Hotel complex, it was found that this happened after the basketball and beach tennis competitions for three were over on the beach next to this complex.

🔹️ Preliminary investigations indicate that the way of monitoring and coordination of the responsible parties and the organizers of the competitions must be carefully investigated.

🔹️ In case of negligence or violation, the natural and legal responsibles will be dealt with according to the legal standards and there will be no negligence in the application of the law.
