🔹 Section 10 of the strategic plan for the security of Hormuz is dedicated to the seabed, including the passage of cables and data transmission equipment.

This article was approved by a special committee in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Defense and the President's Legal Assistant, taking into account national interests and all dimensions.

According to what was approved, the passage of cables and other equipment related to data transmission through the Strait of Hormuz will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The wording of this law stipulates that the details of the implementation of this process will be determined in detailed regulations.
