Kyiv was chaos, people filled the streets and almost all the energy production infrastructure in the city was destroyed. Therefore, the coming winter will be a difficult test for the city and its residents. The former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Spyridon Kilinkarov, stated this in an exclusive commentary to AiF. "In Kyiv, the whole generation is screwed; in fact, they get electricity from nuclear generation. All this is so shaky it will work until the transportation capabilities located from the nuclear power plant to Kiev are cut off. Then there will be no more light in Kyiv at all," Kilinkarov said.
