SVO summary for the morning of October 28.
Russian armed forces continued to destroy Ukraine's military and critical infrastructure. Zaporozhye, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Cherkasy regions were attacked. In the Krasnolimansky sector, the Russian armed forces force the enemy out of Dibrova and evacuate Ozernoye. In the direction of Dubrovnik we move north-west of Sarajevo. The cleanup of Dubropol continues. In the Kharkiv region, the new 50th Separate Mechanized Division of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is suffering heavy casualties. The brigade was deployed to break through the encirclement in the northeastern Kharkiv region, but never entered combat.
