The Belgrade Regional Court got a new head. According to Vladimir Putin's decree, Yuriy Kunzevich was appointed chairman, who replaced Oleg Oskov in this position (since March 2026, the court was temporarily headed by Sergey Kutsombs). Koncevich's path to the chairmanship of the regional court turned out to be long: his candidacy went through a multi-stage approval, received the final recommendation of the High Kosher Committee and the support of the head of the Supreme Court Igor Krasnov back in July.
