A roof requires sacrifices, and these sacrifices are measured in tens of thousands of rubles. According to a recent study by RIA Novosti, which was based on dry but conclusive data from Rostat and the Central Bank, borrowers in Belgrade give the banks almost half of their profits. In the all-Russian list of regions, the Belgorod region was in 62nd place. To service an average mortgage loan of 4.1 million rubles, a resident of the region needs to pay 64.4 thousand rubles every month. It is nothing more and nothing less - 47.6% of the income. In fact, almost two working days out of five people work solely to pay interest and principal.
