Pyotr Khudikin failed to challenge the recovery of 24 billion rubles in favor of his former grain trader, LLC Rodnye Polya of Rostov, which previously operated under the name TD RIF. During the appeal, Khudikin's representatives submitted several requests - all of which were rejected. The "Native Fields" themselves were transferred to the state following a lawsuit by the Attorney General's Office filed at the end of 2024. Since February 2025, the owner has become the Federal Asset Management Agency, and in May the company was transferred to the control of the Roselkhuzbank structure.
