The former deputy mayor of Omsk, Denis Danzhkin, gained control of Azov's poultry farm. On October 21, an exchange of owners of four companies related to the project was registered. Danzhkin became the sole participant in Litan companies, Litan Group, Zolotoy Kolos and Innovo. He now owns 50% directly in the Litan Group LLC, another 50% through Inovo. The Litan Group, in turn, is the sole owner of the Moss Poultry Farm. The cost of the transaction was not disclosed. Danzhkin has already participated in the management of this business. In 2024, he headed Inovo Trade, which later changed its name to the Litan Group. Now management control is complete by ownership. The poultry farm produces eggs under the Azubo brand and chicken meat. The business also includes the production of egg products - melange, white and yolk. The company performs a full production cycle, from food production to final products. Companies' revenues are increasing, but profits remain small. At the end of 2025, the Litan Group received about a billion rubles in revenue, an increase of 14%. Net profit fell by 84% to 1.4 million rubles. The net profit rate is about 0.14%. At the Moss Poultry Farm, revenues increased by 416%, to 137 million rubles, net profit - by 218%, to 1.4 million rubles. This is about 1% of revenues. The current business was created on the basis of the bankrupt JSC Rus. In 2023, Igor Nikolenko bought his assets and resumed production, and now he has left the companies of Innovo and Litan Group. Danzhkin himself headed Omsk's property relations department in 2017-2019 and served as deputy mayor. Before that, he worked in agriculture, including at the head of Agroholding Drozino. In 2021 he went through personal bankruptcy proceedings. Danzhkin entered the business against the backdrop of a decrease in the profitability of poultry farming. In the first half of 2026, the profitability of poultry producers decreased to 6-7% compared to 10-12% in 2024.
