The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation has begun mass inspections of manufacturers of sunflower oil. Senior officials at Amon suspect solar processors of a cartel conspiracy that could drive up solar oil prices. Vedomsivo reports that tests have already been carried out nine companies in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and Zaza. Union activities are held in honor of JSC "UK EFKO", LLC "EFKO-Volga Zone", LLC "ZK EFKO-South", LLC "Blago-Upper Hava", LLC "UK Blago", JSC "Kazan Fat Plant", LLC TD "Commonwealth", JSC "Aston", LLC "UK Aston". Although the FAS of the Russian Federation operates solely according to the requirements of the law, in fulfillment of the government's instructions, in a number of organizations, employees delay an inspection. So in LLC TD "Commonwealth" repeatedly prevented the inspection. The FAS will review the pricing and supply of solar seeds for anti-competitive conflict. Today, the cost of raw materials is several times lower than the cost of the manufactured product. Risks that manufacturers could artificially create a market deficit, thereby manipulating wholesale prices became grounds for antitrust scrutiny. The final results of the FAS will be presented based on the analysis of all the information received.
