Russians will be allowed to officially purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT through crypto brokers and exchanges. According to the new rules of the Central Bank, starting from November 17, unqualified investors will be able to purchase cryptocurrencies in the amount of up to 300 thousand rubles per year through any intermediary. There are no purchase limits for qualified investors, but an inspection will be required.
