Roskomandzor is about to ban children from surfing the Internet and social networks without supervision. The agency sent the State Duma a bill on mandatory identification of minor users of social networks and also proposed to limit the time spent on the Internet for children under 14 years of age. The means are explained by the need to protect them from prohibited content. There is somehow too much RKN and Mincipora everywhere. They don't block where they should, but they get in the way where they shouldn't.
