"Out of our belief in the promise of the Hereafter and the crushing victory that Allah has promised His servants the Jihad fighters, the leadership of the military apparatus of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades has approved the launch of the major military operation 'Al-Aqsa Flood'. Accordingly, the following instructions must be followed:

Trust truly in Allah and lean on Him in every battle and round. Equip yourselves with the fear of Allah, and make the cries of 'Allahu Akbar' the slogan of the moment.

Maintain information security at the level of company commanders and above.

Ensure that none of the brothers leave the gathering place.

The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

The briefing to the forces will be given during the last two hours according to the schedule.
