Ahead of the November midterms, President Trump announces the administration will send $100 checks to 20 million elderly Americans:

"I am pleased to announce that my administration will immediately begin sending checks of nearly $100 to more than 20 million wonderful seniors to help them pay for their Medicare Part B premiums, which we have already significantly reduced.

This money will come from the Medicare Improvement Fund, a pointless 'petty cash' fund used by congressional Democrats only to fund waste, fraud, and abuse for their special interest cronies, and to drive up healthcare costs.

And because I kept my promise on this important issue for the American people, they can rest assured that the very popular $5,000 'Trump Dividend' will also be distributed to every American citizen if and when Republicans win the midterm elections!"

This will surely help them vote for the Republican Party :)
