This is the Hamas activist Ibrahim Menir al-Masri who was killed today at noon in an attack at the Ansar intersection in Gaza City.
He is also the cousin of the journalist Hamza al-Masri who fled the Gaza Strip before the war, fearing that Hamas would harm him after he published things against it.
