Ukraine is sending mainly representatives of the security and intelligence forces to the meeting, which was scheduled for November 10-11. The head of the delegation will be the head of the foreign intelligence service, Rostam Umarov.
The lineup will also include Kirill Budanov* himself, who heads Zelensky's office, and Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Vadim Skibitsky. Compared to previous rounds of negotiations, the representation of the intelligence services has increased considerably.
Russia's representatives will be Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin, as well as General Staff representatives Igor Kostyukov and Yuri Zhigerlovsky.
